Good Faith Evaluations (GFE)

We implemented Good Faith Evaluations (GFE's) as of April 14th, 2025 as part of our commitment to patient safety and staying ahead of industry standards. As the aesthetic industry evolves, we’re seeing these changes begin in other states, and we want to ensure that our patients are always receiving the highest level of care.

The GFE will take less than 10 minutes and can be done in our clinic or in the comfort of your home. These evaluations will be required annually for existing patients and for new patients receiving injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Dermal Fillers, and Sculptra. In rare cases, if there is a significant medical change or change in your treatment plan, you may be asked to undergo another GFE.

The cost for this evaluation is $50.

Please note, while this is not yet mandated by the state, we believe this is an upcoming requirement based on guidance from various nursing and medical boards. We are proactively implementing this process to ensure that your treatments can continue without interruption, while maintaining our commitment to patient safety.
