Cancellation/ No Show Policy

  Your appointment and providing you with outstanding care are just as important to us as the aesthetic outcome. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations can occur, making it impossible to keep your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour cancellation notification. When patients cancel without giving enough or no notice, they prevent other patients from being seen.

To ensure our providers can provide the best service possible, same day cancellations, reschedules, or no shows will result in a non-refundable $50 fee, charged to the credit card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future service.
