Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and providing you with outstanding care are just as important to us as the aesthetic outcome. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations can occur, making it impossible to keep your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour cancellation notice. When patients cancel without enough notice or do not show, it prevents other patients from being seen.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future service.

Below are the forms for treatment. If you are a new patient please complete the medical history and cancellation/ no show contrac and bring to your consult or first treatment. The Pre & Post Care Instructions are for your reference when having treatment.
