We would like to thank you for your loyalty to TLC Laser & Skincare, with My TLC Loyalty Rewards Program. Our free rewards program lets you earn points on all your purchases at TLC and redeem those points for money off future purchases.

How does My TLC Loyalty Rewards program work?

For each $1 spent on services and products, you will earn 1 point. You can earn bonus points during promotions advertised in our emails, Facebook page or special events. Be on the lookout for these promotions and accumulate your points faster. For a complete listing of point opportunities, please see our list below.

How can I earn points?

1 point for every $1 spent on products and treatments.
500 bonus points for Google or Facebook review (points given monthly)
500 bonus points for referring friends and family members who have a treatment (make sure the person you refer mentions your name so we can add your points.)
100 bonus points for attending our events in person.

What are some of the benefits of My TLC Rewards?

Receive 10% off products purchased same day of a treatment.
A special birthday offer will be sent 7 days prior to your birthday and expires in 30 days.
Receive a special offer when you visit us 6 times in a year.

How do you enroll?

After January 1, 2023, register on the tablet at time of check out. Must have a valid email and phone number to belong to My TLC Loyalty Rewards.

How are points redeemed?

For every 1000 points accumulated receive a $50.00 voucher by text or email. A minimum of 1000 points are required to redeem your $50 reward. A My TLC Loyalty voucher will be texted or email to you. Please present your loyalty certificate at the time of redemption.

Do my loyalty points expire?

My TLC Loyalty Rewards points do not expire and are not transferrable. Once a loyalty certificate has been issued it expires 120 days from date issued. No Exceptions.

My TLC Loyalty Rewards General Information

TLC Rewards points cannot include any retroactive transactions and must be accumulated from new purchases.
Points are not redeemable for cash and are accrued on pre-tax amounts, minus any reward certificates such as Alle, Aspire, and Evolus.
Savings can be used with other vendor coupons like Alle, Aspire or Evolus but cannot stack My TLC reward vouchers.
Points are not earned on gift card purchases.
Certificates are not redeemable for gift card purchases.
TLC Laser & Skincare may, at its discretion, terminate or change the TLC Rewards Loyalty Program.
Cannot be redeemed at Special Events

Redeemable toward the purchase of any eligible product or service with a total purchase in excess of the amount of the voucher excluding tax, shipping and handling. Voucher is ineligible for certain products and services, tax and gift card purchases. Not redeemable for cash, no change will be given back on redemption. Valid on in-stock items only. No rainchecks. Not valid on prior purchases. Voucher valid until midnight (CST) on the expiration date shown above. No cash value. No cash refunds. Voucher and points will not be replaced if expired.

Referral Program for Patients

The biggest compliment we can receive is the referral of your friends and family. Refer a friend or family member to TLC Laser Skincare and to thank you for your support and referrals, we would like to reward you with 500 bonus points equaling value of $25, redeemable on services or products. Certificates are issued after 1000 points are accumulated. The more friends you refer, the more money you will save.

*The referred patient must receive treatment prior to rewards given.
