We wanted to thank you for continuing to call and express interest in our services over the last eight weeks. We hope you have stayed healthy and happy during these times. As we emerge from this time and begin to take steps to re-open, we’d like to let you know we appreciate you and can’t wait to see you! We have carefully monitored the crisis and are now comfortable reopening for services effective today, Thursday, May 14, 2020.

To ensure your safety and ours, we are taking extra precautions in accordance with the CDC, and State DHS guidelines on re-opening and have instituted the following policies.
  • All employees will be screened daily with a questionnaire and temperature reading while also being mandated to quarantine if they are symptomatic.

Verbal health screening

  • At time of scheduling, if patients have been exposed to COVID-9, have symptoms, or have traveled outside of the state in the last 7 days they will be asked to schedule out 14 days.

In-person Health Screening

  • Patient and staff touchless temperature check point upon entrance. Temperatures above 100 will prevent entrance into the clinic.
  • All patients will be offered a mask when they check in for their visit.

Social distancing measures

  • All patients will be discouraged to bring anyone with them to their appointment unless it’s a guardian accompanying the patient being treated. This will help us to keep visitors in the waiting area to a minimum.
  • We have removed all magazines, pens, and other items that can be touched repeatedly from our waiting areas and will clean all surfaces with medical grade disinfectants. This will be done between visits in our patient exam rooms as well.
  • Advanced sanitation procedures include regular disinfecting of bathrooms, front desk, iPads, and common areas between patient appointments.
  • We will make every effort to room patients immediately upon arrival.
  • 6 foot standing markers at front desk.
  • Please wait in your car until your exact appointment time.
  • While we enjoy our patients’ company, we ask you to refrain from handshakes, hugs, and excessive conversation.
  • Appointments will be spaced out further apart to allow us enough time to check patients in and out without lines of patients. None of our providers will have overlaps in their schedule.

Hygiene

  • All provider will be wearing a mask, gloves, and eye protection if they have close contact with you.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Alcohol based hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinics.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water.
  • Cover your cough and sneezes.
