 Amy Fox has been a dedicated professional in the skincare industry for over two decades, building a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of skin health. She earned her Cosmetology License in 1996 and, in 2005, decided to specialize in medical skincare. Amy returned to school to become a certified Laser Technician through The National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ.

After completing her certification, Amy had the privilege of working at Affiliated Dermatologists, under the guidance of some of the top dermatologists in southeastern Wisconsin. She spent 12 years providing advanced cosmetic services at their Skin and Laser Center, gaining invaluable experience in the field.

Amy’s expertise lies in enhancing her clients’ appearances using the latest technology and continuously advancing her education. She is known for offering effective and affordable non-surgical alternatives to cosmetic surgery. When evaluating a client's skin, she tailors her recommendations to meet their unique needs and goals. Amy is skilled in a wide range of treatments, including Micro-needling, Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Photo Rejuvenation (BBL), Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Facials.

As a skincare specialist, Amy believes that educating clients is a cornerstone of her practice. She feels it’s crucial to understand what’s happening with your skin in order to make informed decisions. Amy is particularly passionate about addressing issues like pigmentation, adult acne, and premature aging, understanding how these concerns impact both skin health and a person’s confidence. By equipping her clients with the knowledge and tools to improve their skin, she is committed to helping them achieve their skincare goals and feel their best.

Dave (and yes, he prefers to just be called Dave—no “doctor” necessary) initially became interested in the aesthetic side of medicine while doing a plastic surgery rotation in medical school. He took a different medical career path for a period of time, but his aesthetic interest was reawakened when he sought treatments for the angry 11s between his eyes in 2007. That’s right, his 11s caused him to do a career 180! While those 11s are long gone, he now rates his aesthetic career a solid 10!

When Dave started his aesthetic medicine training in 2007, training opportunities were not readily available as they are today, so he traveled around the world to learn the best injectable techniques in aesthetic medicine.

Throughout his many training experiences over the years, Dr. Dave became an expert in aesthetics. Now considered one of the leading facial aesthetic injectors in the industry. He owned many successful clinics in the Minnesota area before retiring to spend his time training other medical professionals throughout the across the country for aesthetic companies such as Allergan (BOTOX, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella ), Galderma (Sculptra Aesthetic), and Dermasculpt (microcannulas).

Mykala joins TLC Laser & Skincare as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician, bringing over a decade of diverse healthcare experience to the world of aesthetics. After working in med/surg, oncology, neuro, and ortho, Mykala made the gradual transition from bedside nursing to aesthetic nursing, driven by her passion for helping others feel and perform at their best.

Her dedication to providing the highest level of patient care is evident in the strong relationships she’s built with clients and the exceptional results she has helped them achieve. With a deep interest in skin health and anti-aging treatments, Mykala focuses on offering a personalized approach, utilizing her unique combination of experience, knowledge, and artistry. Known for her gentle touch and meticulous attention to detail, she ensures every treatment is safe, comfortable, and tailored to each patient’s needs. Her goal is to help clients look and feel their best, all while maintaining a natural appearance.

Outside of her professional life, Mykala enjoys staying active at Burn Boot Camp and spending time with the people who matter most to her. A Starbucks enthusiast, she’s also a big Kane Brown fan and has a background in kickboxing, having trained for over five years. Mykala looks forward to guiding you on your skin health journey and helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Steph’s career in medical aesthetics spans over almost three decades, beginning with her work at a large dermatology practice where she gained comprehensive knowledge of skin health, procedures, and the importance of medical-grade skincare.

Steph is passionate about taking the time to educate her patients, helping them understand what it will take to achieve their skincare goals and creating personalized treatment plans. She has built many lasting relationships with clients over the years, and nothing is more rewarding to her than seeing clients return, excited about the transformation of their skin. Her approach blends expertise with a relaxing, soothing touch, ensuring each client feels both informed and cared for throughout their skincare journey.
